Some time ago, I had reviewed VidCoder (click here) giving it two thumbs up as the easy-to-use portable freeware offers audio/video (AV) conversions supporting myriad formats, video editing and customizations. i'm 99% sure this was working for me yesterday, but now today once i add the rendered subtitle track xmedia recode won't let me add the job to the queue.
